The ‘Saradar Information Technology Programme’ initiative was
chosen as one of the ten cases studies of the project ‘Enhancing
Business Community Relations’ that was jointly implemented by the
United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) /United Nations
Volunteers Programme (UNV), and the New Academy of Business. This
case study does not constitute a comprehensive assessment of the
company’s socially responsible behaviours, but is meant to act as
a learning tool of successful business community initiatives. It
is hoped that this will inspire different stakeholders to adopt or
strengthen their community practices in a strategic and
sustainable manner that will contribute to Lebanon’s human
development
